Hello.
I played yesterday for hours and wanted to cashout and now you say I have exceeded the bet and dont want to cashout anything? In the terms you say the bet should not exceed 5 eur, but there is not written that you can take the money back.
Nobody reads the whole terms and you would be able to set the limit, but you didnt.I kindly ask you to csh out the money or I have to take fruther steps to get my money back.
