hello after a withdrawal at 7 nov 2019 i still wait for my money ..spook with customer service but they can not tell me to wich bankaccovnt they make the withdrawal or cant send me a receipt of the withdrawal .. i have wait now for 7 days and want my money now..can you please answer this notes at this email [EDIT] thats the email i use at this moment thank you
