N1 - Bonus issue
I have deposit 100 EUR in N1 casino and activated bonus, where casino N1 casino matched my deposit amount and my balance become of 200 EUR. Per rule I should waged 4,000 EUR before to withdraw funds. I have waged 3960 EUR and my active balance was around 90 EUR and I was decided to check if I can cancel my active bonus or not. My understanding ( same rule on PokerStars) if my active balance is below the original deposit(100 EUR) I can cancel my active bonus without any penalties and I can keep my balance which was less than 100 EUR. Via Mobile browser (I was playing on mobile) I saw information that I will lose all my profit, my understanding was that all funds which is greater than deposit amount is considering profit, and as had balance below my deposit amount, its cannot be considering as a profit or gain, due this reason I cancelled active bonus and balance become to zero. N1 casino didnt informed me that I may lose all my active balance and all my bonuses which I didnt used, in this situation N1 casino should provide additional warning to the customer with all information what will happens after bonus cancelation.
I have lost all my balance due the misunderstanding of the warning message and I have reported this issue to the customer support. N1 supported starting to blame me without providing any solutions, just provided link to https://thepogg.com/submit-complaint/
I want to receive my original deposit amount back or N1 casino should cancel my action regarding bonus cancelation and let me finish my game.
