I made a deposit of 20 euros on n1casino. On this I received a 50% bonus on my deposit, because this was my second deposit on this website. I have been playing live casino games with this and I was notified that I could make a withdrawal as I met the wagering requirements. So the bonus credits were now added to my real credits. I made a withdrawal of 1500.52 euros. After this I received an email in which I supposedly made bets of more than 5 euros at a time. This is not allowed under the bonus rules. My bonus credits have also been taken from me. I think this is an unauthorized choice. The bonus rules do not state that betting more than 5 euros is not allowed, only that you do not meet the wagering requirements. These types of bets are also nowhere labeled as banned and will take away your bonus credits. n1casino also does not bother to counter such cases. I would therefore like to receive a full refund of these bonus credits.
