Hi, i made a profile at N1 casino, accepted a bonus offer and played, i won 20,000 NOK, and after uploading all the required documents, and a few more, i ordered a withdrawal. Today when i tried to logon to the casino, it said my account was disabled. When i asked them about it, this is their response: It's forbidden to abuse the bonus offers available in our casino. If any such cases come to light, the casino reserves the right to seize any winnings gained as a result of abusing the bonus offers and disable your account, my friend. Sorry about that."
I have asked for detailed information regarding how i allegedly abused their bonus offer, as i meticulously read trough the terms beforehand. They wondt answer me this. At the exact same time, my account at Slotwolf was also disabled, and when i asked in chat there for a reason, they wouldnt give me one. Also here i have sent a mail asking why, but they wondt anskwer. At slotwolf my requested withdrawal was 23.000 NOK.
