Last August I sign up in Spinia a online casino operated by N1 interative. I am a portuguese citizen living in Cabo Verde (very easy to prove). When I sign up I put my address in Lisbon as there was the option Portugal but I always played in Cabo Verde. I won 9500 Euros playing two EGT games, 30 spicy fruits and Amazons Battle. I have pictures of everything. When I requested to withdraw some money the manager decided to cancel my account as Portugal makes part of the list of restricted countries. When I informed that I have been always playing in Cabo Verde they said I could not use a VPN connection. I never used such a connection. They just decided to confiscate my winnings.
