Yesterday I've won about 1000€ in this casino and I wanted to cash out 750€ and today I got an email that says they took all my money because I've made a bet over 5€ which is not allowed with an active bonus. There are 2 things: 1. I didn't even noticed I had a bonus running and 2. They took All the money I've won even the money I've won before I made a bet which was more than 5€. But there wasn't any bet higher than 5€. I bought feature games with a 30cents bet. I've contacted the support of this website and they are telling me: "there are no any winnings" which is not true!I wish you can solve the problem for me
