N1 Casino - 1950Euro retained
I wanted to pay out an amount of 1950 euros in the night from 04/31/23 to 04/01/23. The payout was declined and the money is gone.
I wrote to N1 to clarify the matter, but no agreement was reached.
The reason is a breach of bonus conditions , but that is not true. because N1casino describes each bonus individually in their terms and conditions and the bonus I used is not even in the terms and conditions. I used the Formula1 bonus. this cannot be found in the general terms and conditions.
Furthermore, there is a phrase that can be found in several terms of bonuses that is absolutely not clear:Der maximale Einsatz: 5 EUR/USD (50 NOK, 7,5 CAD, 400 RUB, 20 PLN). Das maximale Einsatzlimit umfasst das Verdoppeln von Einsätzen nach dem Ende der Spielrunde sowie Bonusrunden (im Rahmen des Spiels gekauft).
I have never exceeded the round bet of 5 euros. And the quoted sentence does not say clearly that you are not allowed to make a bonus buy, but only that the round bet must not exceed 5 euros.
Since, as far as I know, there is no full bonus for 5 euros to buy at N1casino anyway, it never occurred to me to understand this sentence in such a way that the max bonus buy amount is 5 euros.
After the bonus was fully wagered, I continued to play with real money for a long time and then made a withdrawal at the end of my session.
The live chat said I violated the terms 6 times and support said I violated the terms 10 times .
So inaccurate statements are made.
