N1 — player complaint #60011, 2024-01-26: bonus terms

Hello, Few issues. 1-I went to that casino because of the games they advertise. But when in the casino i was not able to play these games. The system would block me. 2-So i went in other games were i was allowed and the system would let me. I played for many hour to wager my bonus where the system would allow me to play. When the bonus was all wagered i tried to withdraw. Since i was not allowed to play my games i was going to go to another casino. 3-They refused my withdrawal stating i had not played according to their T&C. I told them i had respected the system limitation and played where it allowed me. I gave the Fire coin game restriction in example. They lied and told me this game was not available on their site. I took screen captures. Then they told me i was not allowed to play thse. That's when i sayed, you see... the place i played were legal. Cause i was blocked in the other games. They took my gains. I tried many time to resolve, but they would not try to help. I have some of the excahnge by email. Some are disrespectfull. I'm asking for my 970CAD. Thanks,
