MyStake — player complaint #13331, 2026-08-02: withheld payouts

The player from the United Kingdom had submitted a withdrawal request less than two weeks prior to contacting us. Winnings hadn’t been obtained up to that day. They reported missing SEPA withdrawals and said the casino and another brand on the same platform network used the same support desk and payment processor. We asked for an update after the recommended waiting period, but the player did not respond to our follow-up messages and reminder. As a result, the complaint was closed for the time being due to lack of response, and no further investigation could be carried out.
