I won alot of money and tried to withdraw it said I needed to play 2000 bonus money and I did and when I go to withdraw it says I needed to play another 2000 dollars or bonus money

Hello, I set up an account with Mr. Bet casino on May 4. I made a deposit I played for a few days while making other deposits into the casino. On May 9, I went to withdraw my winnings, which have been pending since.. on Mayb14 I went to log back into the casino and deposit again to find out that my account has been blocked and my money has been voided. This is apparently due to multiple accounts in my name or by myself.. this is not true as I have never set up another account. I only have the one email address that I use and they cannot provide me any proof or documentation to back this up.. they stated apparently since I set this account up on May 4 another account was set up. If that is true, that is not by me and they should do their due diligence to prove that and cancel the second account not the first one signed up.. I believe this is due to the fact that they do not want to pay out what has been won. I have done lots of research on this casino and realized that there are lots of unhappy individuals that were also fraud out of their money. One of those individuals happens to be my father who is going through a similar situation with them. we do live at the same house, but that is his account and this is my account he uses his bank account. I use my bank account. There is no reason for my account to be blocked. I am hoping you can help resolve this situation as I did really enjoy playing on this site. I enjoyed their games and at least it gave you some money to play instead of just taking it. I have tried to contact them by email for days and no replies. I an email from my husband‘s and I get a reply right away. I have also their live chat, which is just bots repeating the same information.. they are not willing to help me give me any information on this other account or reinstate my account. They have blocked my email address so they do not even receive my emails.

It has been going on 2 weeks now since I started the verification process. I have sent all documents requested and required for verification and more. I continuously contact customer support when it has surpassed the time limit and they request more documents, and always the same response everytime I contacted them. I can not get any type of answer as to what the issue is. I have also tried requesting a change of my phone number, submited a form provided to me via live chat and they have no record of this ever happenning. I have a total playable balance of $1177.53 and I just want my money that is owed to me and my account closed with mr.bet. I will not be using them again.

I have submitted my id and a bank statement with my name and address on it all of which the casino deems to be approved identification yet they keep finding ways to deny paying me I have screenshots of everything

hi, I have made a withdrawal request and they asked me for confirmation. through the network. they pass third party verification. but no, the camera doesn't open on the page and I tried to fix it for about 2 weeks with the customer service, but it didn't help, I have all the documents ready. Has fake promotions to make you open an account which you cant delete og stop permanently. Costumer support is rude and takes 10-15min per answer and ignores you in chat. No help at all and tries to lure you into deposting even tho they got no bonuses. Stay far away from this scamming site selling y

Have won and recieved payout 5 times before won 2900 and ask for verification as per usually feb 28.22 sent documents 5x at 5day have sent again even had my documents notorized by Ontario courts and still refuse to payout and blocked my account and took winnings.

I used the 10€ free bonus on Mr. Bet and wanted to withdraw my winnings. I also made a small payment so I could withdraw. But they banned my account a day later and the support keeps telling me I did use multi accounts when I clearly did not.

Dear Sir or Madam, since 05.10.21 I have been trying to verify myself with mr bet everything was accepted except for my confirmation of Wonh. I have sent all documents such as bank statements, pay slips and my residence permit with address. I would like to have my winnings paid out and since 10/05/21 I have been given the excuses Quality is not good enough, although I have also uploaded my bank statement for my means of payment, which were accepted, my paysafecard with my address was also accepted, everything I uploaded I have been accepted except for my confirmation of residence. They are now looking for excuses not to pay out my winnings. To accept my confirmation of residence, you need a bank statement that is no longer than 3 months. I'll send you a screenshot where you can see what you accept and what you don't. No matter who I chatted with at mrbet, everyone told me different versions. what you ask of me I send it off and after 48 hours. it is rejected again. Created an account at Mr.bet on March 4,while registering just as I pressed the continue button I noticed I had spelled my email incorrectly, I immediately contacted support and was told it was not a big deal and tech would have it changed for me and I could deposit anyway. So I deposited and while still in bonus play I was up to $590 approximately. At time of registration I validated my phone #, and on March 5 I emailed in all my documents including gov issued photo ID, utility bill, bank statement, proof of deposit, and eveny health #. I was told on the 5th by support manager that I it would up to 2 days to regain access to my account. Well it's the 11th today, making it 8 days now, which to me is a little to long to make a depositing player wait for a what I think is a simple fix on their end. Not sure exactly my username but I registered with this incorrect email >email address removed by moderator Sydney due to privacy reasons< icous.com, when in fact it should have been @icloud.com. Not exactly sure how long they allow playthrough on the bonuses but I am starting to feel that is why the delay in giving me access. However I do have emails which I have attached to prove my bonus would be intact upon regaining access. I also have the email of my documents sent and photos of my balance and record of receipt from Mr.bet. some of the emails I sent were from my dad's email. 

mrbet blocked my account because they accuse me of being a scammer. I haven't cheated never and I think this is ridiculous activity at the casino. I deposit 26.3.2020 100 euros 100 bonus euros and i won 729€ but cant log in my account to withdraw that. Can you help me with that please?

Mr.Bet casino confiscated my winnings from my 533€ withdrawal. They offered daily bonuses after registering there which I gladly used. Now they ripped 433€ from my latest withdrawal after 1000€ of deposits. In total I have deposited about 2500€ to the casino and my withdrawals were only 1600€ before this case. They are referring to their shady bonus term 7.14 where player who uses only bonuses will risk having their winnings removed. So first they give player nice bonuses to use and after winning something back they steal the winnings with no warning whatsoever even after 1000€ of deposits.

Mr.Bet is the casino I met all bonus wagering requirements. Hit two jackpots and never placed a bet over the max bonus bet and tried to withdraw my money only to have the casino [not pay] my funds for no apparent reason.
