MrPlay - Withdrawals being withheld by AspireGlobal
£7,314 includes £6,097 with Mrplay.com as well as £1,217 with betiton.com - both are part of the Aspire Global group.
3 withdrawal requests were made from mrplay.com between the 5th and 8th May 2020 - totalling £6,097.00
1 transaction was made from betiton.com on the 8th May for £1,217.00
They have withheld these transactions pending a source of funds request. Every request I have responded to, with the last request for documentation being sent on the 10th June 2020, which I responded to that same day. It then took 3 weeks of chasing for them to eventually, on the 30th June, receive an acknowledgement that the documents were being reviewed. On Friday 3rd July I was finally told that all the documentation had been approved and that they were now waiting for sign off from their head of finance - this has so far not happened, nor have I received acknowledgement via email. When I ring to ask for an update it seems they have now reverted back to my documents still being under review. I waited on hold for over an hour today to be told there is no new information available - nor can they give me an ETA as to when my withdrawals will finally be released.
This has caused significant stress. I have called 2/3 times per week since mid-May trying to resolve this and have replied to every request promptly but to no avail. I cannot help but feel they are doing this on purpose and perhaps have no intention of releasing the funds.
