Mr Play - Withdrawal communication

I’ve sent all relevant documents they have asked for promptly and they emailed to say I was verified. It has taken 2 weeks to get to this point and the last email was to say it had been passed to the relevant department, despite already receiving an email some days before telling me it had been sent to finance? Conflicting and slow communication I would just like to have an indication if the updated documents are sufficient and if so can I please be paid it would make a difference to me at this time of year especially! Hope you can help me! Thanks in advance
