Mellstroy Casino - Player believes that their withdrawal has been delayed.
The player from Kyrgyzstan had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. Their money hadn’t been received yet. We explained that withdrawals could take several days or weeks and asked her to wait at least 14 days while the casino completed KYC or processed pending requests. As no response was received to our follow-up messages and reminder, the complaint was then closed for lack of cooperation.
