HelloI have already sent several requests without receiving any response.My account (ID: 856938697) was blocked even though all deposits and transactions were made from my personal bank account and all my activity was legitimate.I have screenshots and proof of all transactions from my bank account, and I am ready to provide any documents or verification you require.I still have not received any explanation for why my account was blocked or any information regarding my remaining balance of 4700€.I kindly request an official explanation for the account suspension and clear instructions regarding the recovery/withdrawal of my funds. If I continue to receive no response, I will be forced to escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority.
