Unjustified Account Block and Missing 5,000 THB Deposit

I deposited 5,000 THB via Thai QR on May 4th. The funds were never credited to my balance. When I contacted live support to track my money, agent 'Max' tricked me and then blocked my account without any notice. I have sent all my legal ID documents and bank passbook to their 'License' department as requested, but now they are ignoring my emails and refusing to refund my deposit. This is a clear misappropriation of funds. Avoid Melbet if you want your money to be safe. My User ID: 1593197743
