Instead of that melbet team has blocked my account and said to me send additional documents and medical certificate image stating that I don't have any gambling addictions.Still I have sent all the additional documents to their license team and general team to verify my details and I got response from license team that my account is only unblocking for to withdraw my deposited amount and after that it will again blocked but when trying to withdraw money no any bank transfer withdrawal option is showing their. All withdrawal options is in blocked mode which due to I am unable to withdraw my deposited money only. Then I called again to melbet team to inform this but again they asking me additional more documents for verification which I have again sent and now this I got response we are not authorised to do this as your account is blocked so please send email to license team then I have sent email again to them but still my deposit money is stuck in this fraud and scam website.
