MelBet No PAYMENT
Dear MelBetI am requesting an official written explanation and resolution regarding the unresolved withdrawal transactions related to my account.On 08.06.2025, I submitted two withdrawal requests through the Telegram cashier associated with MelBet @TezPayment_bot:№3634081397 — 1,666,000.00 KGS (08.06.2025 at 14:10);№3634073635 — 300,000.00 KGS (08.06.2025 at 14:01).The total withdrawal amount was 1,966,000.00 KGS.During the processing of these withdrawals, the Telegram cashier @TezPayment_bot returned only the following amounts to my MelBet gaming account:300,000 KGS;306,000 KGS.The total amount of 606,000 KGS was returned to my MelBet gaming account, which is confirmed by my account transaction history. After that, I withdrew this amount from my account.However, the remaining amount of 1,360,000 KGS from the total withdrawal amount of 1,966,000 KGS has never been returned to me, and I have never received these funds.MelBet representatives state that the withdrawal status is marked as “Completed/Paid”. Therefore, I request MelBet to provide official information and documents confirming this payment.Please provide:The complete transaction history for both withdrawal requests №3634081397 and №3634073635;Official payment confirmation for the amount of 1,360,000 KGS;The exact date and time when this payment was allegedly made;The payment method and payment provider used;The transaction ID or payment reference number;The account, wallet, or payment details to which the funds were transferred;Information regarding the authorization and role of the Telegram cashier @TezPayment_bot in processing these transactions.The fact that cooperation with the Telegram cashier has been terminated or that the cash desk is closed does not remove the obligation to explain the movement of funds related to these transactions.If MelBet cannot provide documentary proof that the funds were delivered to me, I request the immediate return of the remaining amount of 1,360,000 KGS.Please consider this letter as a formal request for clarification and resolution of an unresolved financial matter.I expect a written response containing specific information and supporting documents.Sincerely,Mukhamet Abdizhalil
