I deposited 100 TND via D17 (La Poste Tunisienne) 10 days ago (on 22/07/2026). The funds were successfully deducted from my wallet with Authorization Number 826637, but my Melbet account was never credited.I have a registered payment query under ticket 19780944. I have already provided the financial team with the official bank statement PDF, a live screen-recording video of the D17 app, and all required IDs to Melbet emails and local merchant (53715505) confirmed he received the money, but your support keeps telling me to wait.
