They took my deposit and the money not in the account
First time this is happening with me in the website I deposited money in melbet and still my account is zero and deducted from my bank I conacted support its been a week and they cant help because “ paymebt system not available “ and they said they cant do anything unless the payment system is back !?What the ??? If the website is having an payment issue just close the deposit dont let people send u money ? U are taking money from us and not putting in the account or give it back !!?If u want me to wait until the system is back just refund me send me the money back i have screenshot of payment and ID and everything Send it back and when the system goes back normal will try again “ common sense “ This how it supposed to be And what kind of gambling site is this that i have to contact support and send screenshot of payment and send a request and wait 2 hours for approval after sending money. Then will put money in the account.All other websites they use visa,bank,crypto methods the minute i deposit the next minute i can see my money is there !Shame i liked this website because of the sports and the odds.Support is not helping they even closed my chats as end of discussions. And i can see all of us here having the same issue
