The player from India had been waiting for over a month for her withdrawals of 1000 USDT and 1630 USDT to be processed by Melbet. Despite her full cooperation with the identity verification process and her submission of all requested documents, her withdrawals remained rejected and unpaid. We asked her for additional details and documents to investigate the case, but she did not reply to our messages or reminder. As a result, the complaint was closed due to lack of response from her side.
