They have refused to give me a timeline and I fear they'll never pay unless pressure is applied. As mentioned in our previous update, we are still waiting for the payment provider/sending bank to finalize the transaction and provide us with their official response. Once a withdrawal enters processing on the payment side, we cannot simply credit the same amount back to your Megapari balance while those funds are still involved in an external transaction. Please be assured that we are following up with the responsible payment side on a daily basis and pushing for a resolution. We are not trying to shift responsibility — we are explaining why, technically, we cannot complete the next step until we receive their confirmation.
