Something very interesting has happened to me in this casino. Unfortunately it is connected with the confiscation of my money. I had a welcome bonus here, I completed my wagering in the end of last year and had a very longtime withdrawal process. In order to make a withdrawal i had to make some minimal deposits in my account which i did after which i finally got 500 EUR in my account out, now i am expecting another 500 EUR. After this I was supposed to have 1 325 EUR in my account, the rest of my win. Today, though, when I logged in my account i found my balance at 0.05 EUR. I thought that this was some kind of mistake and asked chat about this, they gave me the email to get info on this. The casino wrote that a few days ago i was playing in the casino and i can check my betting history. So, i did, turns out there were bets made in my account in Medusa II. Obviously, i did not make any bets and noone used my computer for this. It doesn't even make sense. I am sure the casino has set this up not to pay my win.
