The player from Austria had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. Their money hadn’t been received yet. We explained that withdrawals could take a couple of days or even weeks to be processed, often because of KYC verification or a high volume of requests. Greetings, I registered an account at the site and participated automatically in their "welcome bonus 1" programm. Deposited 30 EUR and got 30 EUR (100%) in top. So 60 EUR in total under the name bonus credit. To make this bonus credit withdrawable credit its needed to be wagered with 25 times, so 1500 EUR. Surprisingly I managed to do this and ended up with 1357.36 EUR withdrawable credits. But after trying to withdraw, I got an email stating that I violated their AGBs by doing bets with more than 5 EUR at once with bonus credits and they would keep the money. This Rule was not in my knowledge. Something similair is stated in the Welcome Bonus terms, but thats quite differently written. So I even had read that before betting, but didnt get the same understanding from it as from the phrasing in their AGBS (much clearer and instantly understandable, but much more hidden) 15 out of 1931 total bets were over 5 EUR and they didnt even were the ones winning me much. I allready tried communicating with the support to get my funds back, but all I could get is a file with my complete bet history and the same reasoning. I have no Idea what to do at this point as the Casinos License is from Curacao and their board surely wont help. So im reaching out to you. Its a real blessing that people/companies like you exist. On 18/05/22 I deposited 50 EUR at LuckyDays Casino using Brite. The money left my bank account but never arrived to my casino account. Luckydays.com is the casino. They changed the terms to collect a bonus offer of 50 free spins, after I asked for support. I have printscreens, chat history, etc.. and they just changed the terms and did as nothing happened and that I am stupid.the term for a minimum deposit of 100 euro was not in place but they changed the term after my support call.
