Reason: Declined payment
JustCasino is withholding $33,000 NZD of my winnings. They sent an email claiming a maximum bet violation of the $8 limit, but my base bet was exactly $6.00 NZD. Furthermore, they partially paid out exactly $6,000 NZD. If a true terms violation had occurred, terms dictate a total confiscation ($0). By paying out $6,000, they have conceded that my gameplay complied with the rules. I demand the remaining $33,000 balance." I have now been blocked from support tickets. At first my winnings were blocked from my bank because they flagged it as suspicious, my winnings went back into my wallet and not long after that I received a email saying please use another withdrawal method when I tried to withdraw again they funds were rejected and then I received another email stating I had breached their $8 max bet however this is not true.
