The player from Poland requested a PLN 400 withdrawal from ICE Casino on June 4, 2026, but had not received the funds despite the withdrawal being marked as “successful.” After multiple inquiries to customer service, the player received only generic responses, with no updates on the payment status or the reason for the delay. The player provided the requested transaction details to the casino, but the issue remained unresolved. Due to the player’s lack of response to further messages and reminders from the Complaints Team, the complaint was closed for the moment without resolution. The player retained the option to reopen the complaint in the future if they resumed communication. We later reopened the case at the player’s request, and it was then marked as resolved after the player confirmed the withdrawal issue had been settled.
