Hello! I am sending you a complaint for consideration against HYPER CASINO in connection with the confiscation of my balance in the amount of 315 EUR. Initially, the casino sent me a request for verification, but I was unable to complete the online verification. As soon as I sent my bank statement and ID Card to the casino for verification, the casino immediately sent me an email in which they accused me of violating the rules, which I did not violate. I received the verification request on July 21 at 8:13 PM, and the message about the blocking came on July 22 at 12:41 PM. Also, despite the casino's accusations, I insist that I did not know and could not know the outcome of the game in advance. I relied only on my inner intuition. No evidence was provided to me that I was somehow aware of the outcome of the game in advance!!! The complaint procedure for considering complaints in accordance with the casino rules has been observed: On August 1, I sent an official complaint to [email protected]. In response, the casino indicated the procedure for considering my complaint and gave me the complaint reference number - NTR-BBWMC-370. I ask you, as ADR, to resolve the dispute that has arisen.
