BVBet Casino - Player's withdrawal is delayed due to document issues.

The player from Finland faced difficulties withdrawing winnings after requesting a withdrawal three months ago. He had submitted the required documents multiple times, but they were declined with no guidance provided, and customer service redirected him between email and chat without resolution. We asked the casino to respond and extended the deadline, but it did not reply despite several attempts to contact it. As a result, the complaint was marked unresolved because the casino did not cooperate, and the player was advised to contact the Tobique Gaming Commission.
