After following all the steps indicated on the website, including both checkmarks turning green, I received a message stating that my account could not be verified. I then contacted support and was informed that verification was no longer required and that I could attempt a withdrawal method without KYC. To my surprise, upon returning to the platform, my balance had been reduced to just 0.05 euros. I immediately went to my game history and found that I had recorded transactions that I had NOT made. This clearly demonstrates that there was improper or fraudulent activity on my account, and I suspect that this balance was intentionally manipulated to prevent withdrawal. Therefore, I request: The restoration of my original balance of 147 euros; A complete analysis of my game history and IP addresses used in recent actions; A formal report from the platform's security team; Furthermore, I did not receive any email informing me about logging into my account and I would never place bets on amounts described in the history, such as 100 euros and gradually decreasing this is clearly balance manipulation.
