Attempted extortion, multiple breaches of regulations.
Would not allow me to withdraw funds, threatened to seize my balance if i closed my account, and then told me i had to play my balance. Their actions amount to extortion.This casino will not honor its own terms and conditions, nor the regulatory requirements of its licensing body. I have documentation of multiple breaches.Do not gamble at this casino. If you have the time, help the community, check the other reviews for this site, and flag those that are clearly fake, paid or bot accounts.In regard to the response below:The person with whom I exchanged emails confirmed that they had the authority to represent Fortunejack.com. This representative then repeatedly breached the conditions agreed to upon fortunejack.com's purchase of an online gaming license from the government of Curacao, and fortunejack.com's own terms and conditions. This person did so in writing on several occassions. When attempting to resolve the dispute privately, I clearly stated the terms and conditions that were being breached, my request was within their parameters and my suggested outcome was reasonable. I provided several opportunities to come to a mutually agreeable resolution. The failure to come to a mutually agreeable resolution is a legal pre-requisite prior to the escalation of a complaint to regulatory bodies. Withholding a customers funds, preventing their disbursement upon account closure, and telling them they have to play the balance else they loose them is extortion. It is against the law, and it is where i draw the line.I will be bringing this to the attention of the Curacao gaming control board, and I will ensure trustpilot.com is aware that a Russian bot farm is being used to generate falsified reviews. This is a breach of consumer law both in Curacao and under Georgian law. I will also ensure that the regulatory bodies, in countries where fortunejack.com is explicitly forbidden, are aware of the proxy addresses used by fortunejack.com to circumvent blocks put in place by the aforementioned regulatory bodies to protect consumers.Its worth noting, no attempt to resolve this has been made despite the comment below and trustpilots transparency report for fortunejack.com shows some disturbing irregularities that need to be brought to the attention of their integrity team. I intend to do so.
