Despite confirmation from support that the withdrawal had been approved, the payment was stuck in a third-party system, and the casino refused to reverse the funds or initiate a manual payout. We asked for clarification about previous withdrawals, bank checks, and the current status of the pending payment, and he confirmed that he had successfully withdrawn before and that his bank had not received or rejected any transfer. The complaint was marked as resolved after he confirmed that the issue had been settled, so we closed the case as resolved.
