I won $14319.70 and was wanting to withdraw it, i completed all the verification documents that they requested and then they stated that the maximum amount i could withdraw was only $2500 and i could only do it once a once a week, so thats the withdrawal request that i put in. then withing the next 48 hours i recieved an email that states - " Dear [EDIT],
Thank you for your patience regarding your payout of $2550.
Unfortunately, this payout was denied as you have not upheld our max bet rule: Max bet rule for all bonuses = $10.00. Any winnings plus bonus amounts derived from such bets will be voided.
We have denied your payout and voided your winnings and your bonus. We have credited your deposit of $50 back to your account." and now they have taken out the whole $14319.70 and left me with $50 in my account.,. please help
