The player from Nigeria had completed the bonus wagering requirements but had his account blocked immediately after successfully withdrawing 65 USD. ExclusiveBet claimed the requirements were not fulfilled, switching the remaining 89 USD into a bonus balance that was then inaccessible. He requested an independent review of the situation. We reviewed the case but could not fairly assess the casino’s investigation into his sports betting activity, so the complaint was closed without a resolution.
