The player from Germany asserted that Evolve Casino operated without a valid gambling license in the EU and claimed the casino had not responded to numerous requests to close his account due to gambling addiction. He sought the return of his funds and expressed concern over the legality of the casino's operations. We asked him to confirm how and when he had requested self-exclusion, whether he had used the same email address, and to forward the original email threads, but he did not reply to our messages or reminder. As a result, the complaint was closed for now because we could not continue the investigation without his cooperation.
