But after a few years I came back to the game, that account was still inactive, so I created a new one and played on it. During the game, I managed to break even, place a withdrawal order, unfortunately, during the withdrawal, I was asked to verify my data. I wanted to verify it, but my account was blocked due to duplicate accounts, although that account has been blocked for many years and no one uses it. Unfortunately, the portal confiscated my winnings in the amount of PLN 1,000. And he still refuses to contact me. I am asking you to try to mediate and reach an agreement with the portal.
