Energy Casino - administration issue

I do not agree with the casino's decision and maintain that the account from which I made the deposit and the photo of my ID card are confirmation that the account is authentic and the only one, I have no idea who previously created it using my name and date of birth, but I assure you that the account with the email address [email protected] is the only and authentic one, please help me in the dispute with the administration of this casino.
