I requested a withdrawal from Energy Casino on [09.08.2025].
Deposits and account verification went smoothly, but withdrawing winnings has been a nightmare. The customer support keeps replying with copy-paste messages about “technical issues” without providing any concrete explanation or deadline.
According to their own terms, withdrawals should be approved within 3 working days. This period has already passed, yet my payment is still pending. Meanwhile, the casino continues sending promotional emails to deposit more.
I have already filed a complaint with the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) and Casino Guru, including all correspondence. I encourage other affected players to report issues to the regulators as well.
