EnergyCasino — player complaint #22569, 2026-01-14: account blocks

I deposited 400 into Energy Casino, won some money and then got an email stating terms and conditions telling me my account is now closed and they are keeping all funds. Im not aware of which terms i am alleged to have broken as they just sent a generic email and will not give me any details. Is this something they do to every player just to steal their money?? I asked to go through their complaints procedure but they have told me they have made their final decision. Below is what they sent Dear Ronan, thank you for contacting us.
