On 09-06-2025, I requested a withdrawal of $457.00 that was confirmed, transaction ID: 24823 to be sent my Litecoin Address. I have emailed support on 3 different times on 09-06-2025, 09-07-2025 and 09-08-2025 regarding my withdrawal. I received 2 replies on 09-07-2025 and 09-09-2025, that said my withdrawal will be processed in 2-4 hours, which I did not receive. I reached out to chat support on 09-10-2025, 09-11-2025, 09-13-2025, 09-14-2025 and 9-17-2025, 9-19-2025 and 09-20-2025, all 7 times, I was given an apology and was told that my withdrawal will be processed soon, and every chat support person said my withdrawal would be escalated to the payment team and it will be processed soon. I have not received an email from support stating that there was an issue in why my withdrawal has not been processed, I have withdrawal from this casino before with no issues until now. I have asked, to chat with a manager as well and was told that it was not possible at this time. I have given the casino 14 days (2 weeks) to process my withdraw, when the withdrawal process is 2-4 hours (based terms and conditions, on my past withdrawals and the first email notification from support). I believe this casino is quite new. I recently created an account with Elegant Spins Online recently, made several deposits, and attempted a withdrawal However, they canceled my request, citing I have duplicate accounts. This is incorrect. After discussing this with my girlfriend, who is the one who referred me to the casino, we do not live under the same house hold nor are we married so our accounts should not tie in although we may play around each other online at times, which should not interfere should it? What’s confusing is that despite denying my withdrawal, they have not banned or restricted my account. If they truly believed I violated their policies, wouldn’t they close my account entirely? Instead, they left my deposit in my balance rather than refunding it. If I continue playing, wouldn’t they just deny any future withdrawals again? If not, why deny this one? At the very least, if they refuse to honor any winnings, shouldn’t they refund the deposits I’ve made? Otherwise, I’ve essentially paid for a service that they are refusing to provide. I have deposited with ElegantSpins in the past and they send me free spins sometimes. About 2 weeks ago I received free spins or a chip, not sure which. After satisfying the playthrough reqs, I attempted to withdraw $50 bc I mistakenly believed I had already completed verification.
