The player from India had her account blocked by Dailyspins casino, which accused her of fraud without reason. After successfully passing KYC verification and placing a withdrawal, her winnings and deposit were confiscated, and her account remained inaccessible. We asked her for clarification about the games played, whether a bonus was used, and which KYC documents were sent, but she did not reply.
