Where my withdrawal money 19 days waiting

I have written and spoke to many people and still non the wiser wjat is going on, its a joke. I withrawn £800 on the 16th of september, it now the 5th of October. Still same old responses and promises to look into the matter. I had no email updates no reasurances to say you money is on its way. 19 days to not pay out your winnings but theu br happy to take money off you instantly. WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MY MONEY. SEND IT TODAY PLEASE
