20 days waiting on withdrawal

Its been 20 days since my withdrawal, on the 16th September 2026 i withdrew £800. Still no confirmation on what is going on. Same script responses, i will be seeking legal advise and emailed a complaint in and starting the procedure. Surely this is illegal from them.
