Both requests are still showing as “Under Review” in my account.My identity verification has already been completed successfully. According to the information provided in Cashed.com's FAQ, the withdrawal processing time is 3 days. However, my withdrawals remain pending, and I have not received a clear explanation for the delay.I previously contacted Cashed.com's customer support by email on Friday, October 16, at approximately 2:00 PM, requesting an explanation for the delay and an estimated payment date. I did not receive a response to that email.Today, October 20, I contacted Cashed.com's live chat support again. The support agent referred to various technical issues and a high volume of customer requests. I was assured that my withdrawals would be processed and that the payment would be made. However, no specific payment date or timeframe was provided.Although I appreciate the reassurance, I remain concerned because my withdrawals have been pending for an extended period, my account verification is complete, and I still have no confirmed date for receiving my money.The total outstanding amount is HUF 315,000, which is a significant sum of money for me.I kindly ask AskGamblers to assist me in contacting Cashed.com and resolving this matter. I would like to receive a clear explanation for the delay and, most importantly, the payment of my outstanding withdrawals as soon as possible.I can provide screenshots of my withdrawal requests, my verified account status, the relevant FAQ information, and my correspondence with customer support.
