Captain Jack's - Unable to receive payment on my winnings

I am pending a withdrawal requested on my winnings. I have complied with there verification process and submitted my documentation. They confirmed they received my docs and my account has been updated pending approval from the casino to send me payment. Other then that I keep getting the answer still pending still pending and now I cant even get thru to live chat and my pending withdrawal is no longer on my account.
