I have been waiting for my withdrawal since May 9th.. Everyday they spin me into submitting documents when i have already submitted them.. They keep giving me the runaround

MY WITHDRAWAL REQUEST FOR $2500 WAS APPROVED FEBRUARY 18 (62 DAYS). STILL WAITING FOR PAYMENT.

I was waiting for a payment but they said they couldn't pay and returned the withdrawal to my casino account so I started playing again and won a large amount just shy of ten thousand dollars.i then requested a withdrawal submitted all the required documents again was then informed of how I would receive my payments over a 4 week process of 2500 hundred a week.that was the last I have heard from them and have since been blocked from there casino and all of there sister sites

I won in November on a sweet16 machine and put in for a withdrawal from their it has been 2 months and they say they don't have paperwork which i have sent at least 30 times they take my withdrawal and put it back and i have to reuser it.[EDIT] has too all my information for the wire and they say they don't have it and I'm not paid again and they have what they need i have proof they have it.

I am pending a withdrawal requested on my winnings. I have complied with there verification process and submitted my documentation. They confirmed they received my docs and my account has been updated pending approval from the casino to send me payment. Other then that I keep getting the answer still pending still pending and now I cant even get thru to live chat and my pending withdrawal is no longer on my account.

Due to the fact that the casino NEVER answers the phone number they have listed nor do not reply to emails, I had to register a whole new account just so I could speak with them via chat. I was told that I am no longer able to use this casino because of a dispute of charges that was put into affect by my bank. Now, I knew about this (I lost my card and called my bank, they thought these were fraudulent charges) because while on a chat asking when my withdrawals were going to be processed they told me there was a hold on my account and told me about the dispute. They are taking 2 weeks so far for payout now they are doing a audit I have only used 1 creidt card to make deposit and play with they are not talking with me I like there casino I have played and won with this user name never tried to withdraw or deposit with any other name. I hope we can speed up and help this out

Withdrawal request was made over 2 months ago which was approved but never paid.
