The player from Australia requested a withdrawal one month earlier and had not received her funds despite submitting all required KYC documents, which had been verified. She had made multiple attempts to contact the casino regarding the delay. She later clarified that the issue had actually been with WinSpirit Casino, not the casino selected in the complaint, and that her wallet balance had been set to $0. Since the complaint had been filed against the wrong casino, we rejected it and could not investigate further.
