Hello thepogg supprt! I signed up at Betroom 24 and used the first deposit bonus at 16th of July. Lucky me I won 399€. Made a withdrawl, submitted my documents. The same day I got an email from Betroom24 informing me that my account was closed because it is linked to ohter accounts. I wrote two times to Betroom24 with no replies. The Live Chat had no clue what specifically was going and said, that I should write an email, which is still unaswered. The only explanation I have is, that i do not live alone under my adress. it is an appartment building with multiple appartments. I want further to point out, that Betroom24 has also taken my deposit. Since the one email that informed me about my account being closed, they didn´t contacted me in any way. That was two weaks ago.
