Got a sms from them about new paymentsolutions regarding legal payment transactions, I'm based in Norway and had never heard of this site before a sms ticked in. Had too look it up here and we'll seems scammy. Be aware.

I registered to Bethard casino in January 2021. Less than six months (january-july) I lost almost 50k. September 2021, I registered and deposited to SirJackpot and I lost almost 8600 euros in a few hours. So totally, I lost over 58k. My question is, why I was able to play that much? There was many signs that I can`t handle my gambling. Huge bets (150 EUR), reversed withdrawals, big deposits (over 10k), big losses etc. For example, 2021 March 19th my balance was over 40k and I lost all in one hour. Normal gambler don`t do that. In my opinion, casino did`t enough about preventing me and my funds. I opened my Bethard account in June 2021. As at 17.11.2021 I sent email that I have serious gambling problem, and please close my account/prevent open new accounts, and please apply it to your sister casinos. They did not block me so I was able to continue gambling in Bethard.com and betive.com. After 17.11.2021 I have lost 27766€ to Bethard Group casinos. I have proven to Bethard that I have sent the email to correct email-address (they admit it), but they say that the email must come from the registered email address. However, In my closure request email, in information field there is my email [EDIT] (which is registered email). I asked Bethard to refund 80% of my total net losses (because they didnt close my account even if I asked for it and told my situation), but Bethard refused. Several other casinos have refunded me 100%. Summarised, Im asking for refund, because they didnt block my access to gamble in their site or sister sites.
