Hi there, so on the 8th December 2022 i won approximately 900 usd, I had my account fully verified and tried to withdrawl my winnings, the first excuse was they cant put usd back to my nzd based visa debit card which the deposit came from. I've talked to many different live chat people on this website and have all said different things. Some told me I could withdraw to my skrill account but they keep saying that the banking team is working on the issue to get my money to me and every day for 4 weeks they said I would be paid within 24 to 48 hours . After about 5 weeks they blocked my account and now will not reply to my emails. I won this money fair and square and this casino is definitely dodgy. 9.12.2020 I played this casino. I won the amount 6200 eur. I uploaded right away documents they asked for, and they accepted all, and asked 1 more about Skrill history. Hello, I got an offer per E-mail (which also shiws up on the main page) for a 25% deposit bonus on wednesday up to 25€ bonus. I deposited 50€ and got 12,50€ bonus. I played pirate gold with 2€ Spins and I won. I never dropped below 12,50€ balance. I have done all the wagering requirements and requestet a withdrawal of 758,30€. my withdrawal request was cancelled without informing me per mail and my total balance was set to 25€, so I have to go to the live chat. Betchain.com chat always cut me fast off the line when I tried to ask about the closure of my account and confiscation of the balance. If this isn't rogue behavior, I don't know what is. Betchain has refused to process my withdrawal or refund my initial deposit. I have been a player there for a few years. about a year ago, [EDIT] from Betchain sent me an email stating that I could keep 2 accts from all the ones they had at Betchain, associated with this ip. I kept mine and our friend sigs. since then, every time i try to withdraw a substantial amount, they disable my account. up until now, every time this disabling happens, [EDIT] has been there to enable my acct and process my withdraw. and she is able to do this because she knows who myself and my friend are. about 6 months ago, our friend [EDIT] wanted a Betchain acct. knowing that we've had issues with the ip, i went to support before i helped [EDIT] make an account. i told them it was me, in the sig acct, and i was helping my friend set up an acct. i got approval from support. well, [EDIT] won. and we had to send her id and all that. her account wasn't disabled until nov 5th, coincidentally, the same day i tried to withdraw 3.3 btc. we went through this, they wouldn't let me withdraw the 3.3 btc. they said that Betchain no longer allowed for any player to withdraw more than .5 btc per week, and it would take 7 weeks to get my winnings. anyway, after threatening to go to the forums, they got approval to withdraw 2.6 at one time. there has been a few more time before all of that, but i don't need to go into them, unless i need to. so myself and my friend went on our trip and when we got back, [EDIT] said she wanted to play at Betchain. My friend told her she could just play in her acct when she wasn't using it. I said just make her a new one. Betchain knows who we are. every time i withdraw, we have to send our ids and prove who we are. they have approved myself and my friend at this ip. They did not honour their bonus offer. They offered me a 100% deposit bonus plus 50 complimentary spins and despite using the provided link and depositing they did not give it to me. I still have a screenshot of the link used which clearly and only states "Deposit today and receive 100% match bonus 50 complimentary spins!" Have not received any email for special Happy hour promotions. Casino is VAGUE at describing calculations for monthly loyalty bonuses. Not correct Management unresponsive. Chat fails to respond always referring issue to management.
