Still refusing to pay me my withdrawal…

Still refusing to pay me my withdrawal it’s only £250 but it’s excuse after excuse from them they have asked for bank statements etc and my passport details which they have had and they still refuse to pay they said my bank is not eligible for payments yet they take money from it and have paid me into the account before
